I think the most revealing question you can ask someone is surprisingly simple. What makes you happy on an ordinary Wednesday? Not on your birthday, not during a vacation and not when something extraordinary happens. Just a Wednesday when life is moving at its usual speed. For me, happiness can be a favorite song playing unexpectedly, a long conversation with a friend or a walk that lasts much longer than I planned.
